Creating License manually
To manage access to your design sets, you need to create a license. Define which design set that the license can access, the expiration of the license, and the number of the license activation.
This documentation will walk you through creating a license manually.
Creating a license
To bulk generate licenses, you can follow the Asura: Bulk generate License using Generator documentation.
Navigate to the Asura menu on the sidebar of your WordPress admin dashboard
Go to the “Licenses” page on your dashboard sidebar. Click the Add New button. A new form will show up, and please fill in all required fields.
Key: fill the key field with a string. The best practice is alphanumeric characters. “The key should be unique” or didn’t exist in the database. E.g., you can fill it with “7H3-L057-45UR4″.
User: assign the owner of the license that will be generated.
Status: if you want to disable the new license, select the “❌Disabled” option.
Then click the Save button to start the process.
Max Activation: you can restrict the number of client sites that can use your design sets per license by filling in the maximum activation field. Leave it blank if you allow unlimited license activation.
Expire at: If you sell your design set as a subscription base, you can fill the expire in (days) field with the subscription’s duration. If you plan to sell your design set in a lifetime deal scheme, you can leave the field blank.
Terms: choose the design sets assigned to the license that will be generated.
Then click the Save button.
